Stamp Duty online submission fee (purchase) £35 plus VAT
Leasehold Title Fee (leasehold only) £195 plus VAT
Typical disbursements (payments to third parties which do not form part of our fees) will include the following:-

Other searches such as environmental, ground stability, flood and coal mining as examples may be required for a purchase depending on location. If you are taking out a mortgage we will have to do these additional searches to satisfy your lender’s requirements. If you are a cash purchaser then whilst we would recommend these searches, they would be optional.
Stamp Duty Land Tax will depend on the purchase price of the property and whether you are a first time buyer, buying a shared ownership property or a second home, amongst other factors.
Land Registry Fees will also depend on the price of the property and whether the property is a newbuild or first registration
For commercial property matters we do not have fee scales as each transaction will be different and our costs are usually based on an hourly rate of £225 per hour
As mentioned earlier we would recommend that you contact us directly so we can offer you a bespoke estimate on conveyancing fees.
